Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your DC Shoes purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in the box, ensure all original tags are included, and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
